Ingredients for making Carnival Rice:

 1 cup of rice

 1 chopped onion

 3 chopped garlic cloves

 ¼ cup of chopped carrots

 ¼ cup of drained green corn

 ⅓ cup of sliced ​​pepperoni sausage

 ¼ cup of chopped green beans

 ¼ cup of chopped chili

 1 branch of black pepper to taste

 salt to taste

How to make Carnival Rice:

Start by cooking rice in the traditional way: place the rice in a pan together with 2 cups of filtered water and, when it boils, cover and leave on low heat until the water dries.

While the rice cooks, saute the sausage in the soy oil with the onion and garlic. When browned, add the green beans, carrots, peppers, and corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste, lower the heat and let it cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.
